Established in 1994, Gallery TORKILD, run by Torkild MALFAIT, has become one of the world's foremost dealers specialized in cabinets and works of art of the 17th. until the 20th. century.

The experience and knowledge about cabinets is extensive. Different types of decoration such as tortoiseshell, pietre dure, painted panels, gilding, pewter, brass, precious stones, marquetry Boulle, etc. were used to decorate these magnificent treasures of the European furniture-history. Cabinets from different European countries, mostly of the 17th. century, can be viewed and purchased at our premises.
